Are you as ready for summer as I am? Wow! This has been a LONG winter. To combat my winter blues, I gathered some shells from our summer beach trip and added a little glam to their already beautiful form.
Here are the supplies you will need:
gold leaf metal sheets
gild adhesive glue
paintbrush
various shells
First, I applied a few drops of the gilding adhesive to the shell
Next, I place some pieces of gold leaf sheets in the shell
Using the paintbrush, tap the gold leaf gently into the shell
Tap out any bubbles..
Allow to dry overnight
And there you have it!
This is such an easy DIY and adds glam to your shell collection in a matter of minutes!
